Saved addresses

Name a destination once and pick it next time you withdraw — including its memo/tag, which is the part that is easy to forget and expensive to get wrong. Saving an address does not restrict where you can withdraw.

Authenticator app (2FA)

Confirm web withdrawals with a code from an authenticator app (Aegis, Google Authenticator, …) instead of a DM or emailed code. You get recovery codes in case you lose the phone — and support can always remove it after verifying you. If you signed in with Google this is worth setting up: it is the only second factor that does not depend on the same account you log in with.

Contact email

Identity proof if you lose access and contact support — recovery is always handled manually by a human. On an account with no chat bot behind it (Google), this address is also where withdrawal confirmation codes are sent. Saving or changing it takes two codes: one to your bot DMs (or, with no bot, to the address currently on file) and one to the new address. We never email a link that moves money — a confirmation mail may carry a shortcut that opens this panel with the code filled in, and nothing is ever confirmed until you press the button here.

Active sessions

Every device signed in to this account. If you see something you do not recognise, end it — and change nothing else, because a session cannot move money without your second factor.

Linked accounts

Your Discord, Telegram and Google wallets are separate accounts with separate balances. Link them to mark both as yours — linking moves no money, but afterwards you can move a linked wallet's balance into this one. (A Google wallet starts the link here and you confirm it in a chat DM.)

Panic lock

Freeze all withdrawals from your account (bot and web) if you think it is compromised. Tips and deposits keep working. Only support can lift it.
Are you sure? You will NOT be able to undo this yourself — only support can.

This stays unavailable until you accept.

Swap across chains

Your coin is sent out on the blockchain to Nanswap, a third-party exchange, and the other coin comes back to your deposit address here. Unlike the instant Swap page, this quotes an estimate rather than a guaranteed minimum, and it takes a few minutes to settle.

That amount is an estimate, not a minimum — Nanswap doesn't guarantee a figure, and the final amount can be lower. It settles on the blockchain, usually in a few minutes. Once sent it can't be cancelled, reversed or refunded.

Keep the order id — it's the only thing Nanswap's own support can look an order up by.

TipBot v3 Wallet

See your balances, deposit, withdraw, review history and reach support — sign in with the account you use with the bot.

A Google wallet has no chat bot behind it, so it confirms withdrawals by email (or an authenticator app you set up in Settings) rather than by DM, and it can't tip or be tipped in chat. Link it to a Discord or Telegram account from Settings if you want both.

Each platform is a separate wallet with separate balances — sign in with the account you use with the bot.

By signing in you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Help

the short version of how everything works

What is this?

A tipping bot for Discord with a real multi-coin wallet behind it. Tips between members are instant and free; deposits and withdrawals are on-chain. This site is the same wallet in your browser — sign in with Discord or Telegram and you'll see the same balances the bot shows you (each platform is its own wallet).

Getting started

  • In a server that has the bot: type / and pick a command — start with /balance or /help.
  • Here on the web: hit Sign in, then Deposit to fund your account, or just receive a tip from someone.

Deposits

Every coin gives you your own deposit address (Deposit page or /deposit in Discord). Coins credit after the confirmations listed on the Coins page. Some networks also need a memo/tag — when the page shows one, it is not optional: deposits without it can't be credited automatically.

Tips and drops

/tip sends to one member; /tipall, /quickdrop, /partydrop and friends share coins with a whole channel. Tips move instantly inside the bot — nothing touches the chain, so nothing is lost to fees.

Withdrawals

Withdraw from the Withdraw page (or /withdraw in Discord). The fee and minimum are shown before you confirm. Web withdrawals are confirmed with a code — a DM code (Discord or Telegram), or your authenticator app if you've set one up in Settings. Double-check the address: on-chain transfers cannot be undone.

Free coins

/take claims from the bot's faucet on a timer; servers can fund their own /faucet too. Check /takeinfo for what's currently in the pot.

Staying safe

  • Your balance is tied to your Discord or Telegram account — each platform is its own wallet. Protect it like one.
  • In Settings you can enable 2FA for withdrawals, and a panic lock that freezes all withdrawals if you think your account is compromised.
  • Nobody from the team will ever DM you asking for codes or recovery phrases.

Something's wrong?

Sign in and open a support ticket — a human reads every one, and tickets keep working even while the panel is closed for maintenance.
